tercihen yabanc\u0131 dil bilen \u00fcniversite mezunu 30 gence e\u011fitim verilece\u011fini bildirdi. 52 saatlik teori ve 3 ayl\u0131k staj s\u00fcresi olan projenin d\u00f6rt a\u015famada y\u00fcr\u00fct\u00fclece\u011fini kaydeden Kiper, ilk a\u015famada teorik, ikinci a\u015famada ise i\u015fyerlerinde d\u00fczenlenecek staj imkan\u0131yla pratik e\u011fitim verilece\u011fini anlatt\u0131. \u00dc\u00e7\u00fcnc\u00fc a\u015famada asistan ile i\u015fvereni bir araya getirip oryantasyon e\u011fitimi vereceklerini, yaln\u0131zca personeli de\u011fil i\u015fvereni de bilgilendirmek istediklerini vurgulayan Kiper, son a\u015famada ise T\u00fcrkiye\u2019de tan\u0131nan y\u00f6netici asistanlar\u0131n\u0131n kat\u0131l\u0131m\u0131yla tecr\u00fcbe
